Made a proper start on the strip-down today! Em got to grips with stripping all the interior out (bar drivers seat and carpets,)
whilst I got the outside stripped. Found a few nasty surprises. The offside headlight mount is reinforced with fiberglass rather than being repaired properly, there is stick welding on the inner wing, and the outer wing is welded on at the bottom rather than putting a proper mounting hole in! Theres a few nasty bits of filler that were hidden under the arch covers, so We'll need to sort that as they wont be able to go back on (I'll be folding the lip over for tyre clearance lol!!!

Hopefully ebay will be yeilding some cheap 14" alloys this evening, and it's already given us a full set of koni adjustables and jamex 60mm springs for £27.57 lol. Just needs a new insert in the front (bout £110 lol)

So lets hope the weather stays good through to november so I can get it sorted Smile just need a car cover so the roof can come off.

If anyone has any bits, please let me know! I'll see If I need them lol.

and no we aren't letting on what colour its going yet!!!! We'll tell hardcor3 when we're ready tongue but you can all have a guess and em can laff at how wrong you are Twisted Evil Bonus points for guessing which bits are which colour!

those colours are for body, trim or ancilleries (hoses, callipers etc)
so how it looks depends on which is which doesn't it!
