hey my gti is coming along now.... on the list is....

1. New Better condition gti headlights.... Done
2. All new performance tyres 215/40/r16 falkens.. (thanks to adys cheap tyre post)
3. new front fogs and indicators.. Ordered.
4. New Style chrome/red gti badge. Ordered.
5. German Plates. Ordered.
6. M3 style rear clusters... awaiting purchase.
7. induction Kit.. will be ordering from GSF next week.

so watch this space... pics will be uploaded shortly once a few bits added.

yeah ive been so busy.... well im getting paid but not gettin laid at the moment so i can spent some hard earned cash on my baby...lol

if you want induction kit got one on mine do a swap for your standars air box if you want? i'm selling mine so and that aint gonna add value so it can go maybe chuck small bit of cash my way up to you sunshine

5. German Plates. Done and now replaced with standards cos of MOT
6. M3 style rear clusters... Still awaiting purchase.. watch this space GTi International coming...
7. induction Kit.. fitted... Sweet "GRUM GRUM"
8. New Rear Plastic Arch... Awaiting Vender (fell of at 120mph due to poor adhesive...lol)
9. Overall Trim tidy up... awaiting Plastic Arch and adhesive...
10. Mk4 Style Headlights.... Future Purchase

sounds like good progress with the dub.. got any pictures of how it is now?

it looks no different to the above photo... just without the german plates and is now a bite more durty.. its not done much... i dont use it much now..lol

off the road until further notice....

my current ride at the moment is a french car... i wont say anymore because..... well you know whats the point...lol

your not the only one in a french car atm im curently drivin a 306 estate, but surprizingly it handles realy well lol

currently up for a gearbox transplant and then selling... interior and wheels and some other stuff is gonna be swapped with a seller (check sell thread)... then its going...

have replied to yas thread in for sale section mate...

Okay ive sourced a gearbox....

since its been a while its been sat in my dads yard accurin rust on the disc's... ive been missin it...

so i went to my dads yard today as ive been doing so work for him... and was kindly shown the massive dent in the wing were my dad had kindly reversed into it with his van.... cheeky bastage... so on that note he is paying for some bodywork now which ive thrown in some extra bits..lol

so when its back on the road it will have the body work done... new discs and pads... and a new gearbox... and performance exhaust.

woohooo been so long since ive felt the grum of my dub....

new update...

gearbox is purchased and awaiting fitting next week... new disc and pads.. maybe a new clutch...

the body will be done the week after...

Not sure if the exhaust is going on as the fixing bracket has broken... so maybe will have to get one welded.

Do the clutch whilst the box is out mate. Why get charged the labour twice? Only extra out lay will be the clutch kit.
