the rad hoses turned up yesterday so i went straight down pete's and got them on, got it warmed up and everything was good so me an russ went for a quick drive and i'm well happy with it. just need to get these resistors wired up for the rev counter to work and there's a little rattle that needs sorted but thats it

the vega's are getting there aswell just need to get some sealant and they can go back together...

got it insured today, told them about the engine change and all the other stuff and it was cheaper than i pay for the blue vr6 both fully comp.. couldn't work that out tbh lol.. so just the rims to rebuild and it's there

im running 25mm spacers

I'm looking at wider outer lips Ben, apparently bbs rs ones fit so should be able to find some easy enough but spacers could be the answer for now..

lol.. just counted one and they're definately 30 mate

couple of pics of what she looks like now, the split rims are now 7.5's and 9's and sitting nicely with hardly any rubbing..

should get better times than bruntingthorpe on a proper drag strip aswell so should be cool
