one minute they fine the next they not or they are then the pedal fades out frm underneath u ? any ideas

try bleeding the brakes, sound like you have air in the system, if no better then probably the master cylinder is faulty?

cheers will give that a try...i was leanin towards the master cylinder as it was ....hopefully they can be bled and save me a few quid
