I got an angle grinder to the tip and smoothed the exit in the valance off, I need to weld a downturned tip onto it though cos it sounds proper ghetto now.

| lookin good, i reckon a mk1 duckbill would look great on your car (check out gazwolds mk2) , also with the rear arch spats youve got i think it'd be better with the sills colour coded? just my opinion m8, your doin an excellent job without my stylin tipz. | |

Yer I nearly did the sills but I reckon it breaks the red up a bit, the door jambs need doing so I might do the sills at the same time. I nearly got a duckbill a few months ago but I reckon I'd miss the racket the valver splitter makes haha.

| that aint a valver splitter, the 16v ones were actual vents for the brakes. sorry for being a geek! | |

| Fair enough pal, I thought they were just 16v splitters with the holes cut out, what model would mine have come from then? | |

| 8v mate, only know cos i had a 16v earlier this year, they have air ducts behind the vent that go straight to the brakes, doesnt make a difference tho. | |
