foo didnt help me yesterday and today i decided to get it bk together meself.....except now im stuck ....bottom oil ring ...can i fook figure it out its a 3 piece ting or some sh*t i dunno....mite av to wait till saturday now

Assume you r on about bottom piston ring? If so, springy bit goes in the middle of the other two bits. They can be a reet pain in the arse!!

d-day is ere...the plan is av it rebuilt and nearly bk in today but we'll see how far foo's generosity stretches init lol...pics and sh*t as and wen ...ya'll know me

are they the same size hight n round?

round yea but no they are fractionally higher....wot ive doen is re use the old spring bit wiv the new rings....then i've moved onto the second ring and it doesnt fit...its too tite to go over the piston

did the rings by myself and wasstrugglin to get the barrel bk on wen foo decided to lend me a hand......now i got all one side buttoned up

started to do the other side now...tried nott o take the barrels out wiv the head this time but no joy the cunts are comin....well i sayy that ...im stuck can i fcuk get it off

any suggesttions for seperatin these barrels frm the cylinder head before its too late and they all out again?

i need a little blow torch anyone local wiv one wanna pop round and save me life?

employed fat rick for an undisclosed amount and today we got the head off bore liners off head all cleaned up new rings and are just in the middle of bangin the bore liners bk in to lob it all bk together......on a bad note need another head gasket as fat rick has done a much better job of cleanin the head on one side then i did the otjher so it has to come off....its gotto be rite need it reliable....got a few piics will bang em on l8er

work this mornin bk by lunch then im off to get this fuckin engine finished rick will be ere for 3 and we should be rebuilt shortly after that

trust i got nuff sh*t to do on this money pit lol...i wanna go newquay end of may so thats wot im aimin for...needs to be reliable legit and a full width rock and roll bed complete wiv 2 sets of 3 point harness' for the kiddies seats and im away.....for the m.o.t i need me step weldin...the fuckin thing to run..new rear brakes....and thats it ....gonna get me alloy i have for her polished and painted y ross on ere ...he is a genius.....then i'll be rollin......been sat on me drive since november and ive been payin the insurance all the while....would be nice to get it done before the insurance needs renewin lol
