It does put more pressure on the diff due to the change in angle.... I am not a big fan of chopping springs.... Have done it myself on bugs before, but they were never driven hard anyway....
Lowering springs are the way forward, ya can get a decent drop on the 6n's.

seen a set of coilies for 160 delivered but as it is 160 quid mite aswell be 16.000.000 quid....i dont even get the thumbs up frm passin dubbers it rides that standard how big hairy testicle\'s is that.... i also think the rear lites are also chavvin the sh*t outta it ....think im gonna get some fly eyes sh*t and try smoke the fook outta em as i cant even afford a scrappy set of standard fuckers

Like ya said mate, 160 is a good price, as they want 110 for a pair for my van... And i aint gettin no waves either....lol. T4 was the best for that... everywhere i went that got a lot of love... but they fekin everywhere now...

when you was followin me the other day I thought it was a bit lower (was in the gf's lowered pink saxo)

was thinking of lobbing a loop or two of the front of the new caddy van i got off smiggy to stop it looking so gay, but was worried about these gearbox things you mentioned the other month.... but if youve not had any probs then i might lob one loop off and try that for now....

ive cut springs on a few of my dubs and never had problems tbh! but the problem is when it comes to mot time you have to buy new 1ns anyway to get it through

i no a geezer at the mot so i dont av such problems but im gonna uy colies wen i can afford em this is just a temporary solution....will get pics tomoro

I got sick of using buses tbh, and its for the missus to learn in, I'l be back in my mk2 in a week or 2 feeling gti power instead of 1.1 french power

sweet as ....i had to be sensible with the lowerin as i av to cart the wife and kids about.....i made the last one totally unusable as a family chariot

took some fotos of me ride lowered and decided its gay as fook needs to be lower fook the wife and kids im stickin me 13inch steelies on and choppin a few more coils i gotto get it down a bit more fook sensible

kwik ride into town this mornin to pay some bills then im bangin me 13s on and gettin busy wiv me grinder some more as the weather is lookin good this mornin.....should get some pics up today
