Thats shocking for a low mileage 6N2, whats going to happen that's gonna take till next year?

its oready had a recon box on it aswell and only done 75 k now.
its plans are now that its off the road are.
smooth bumpers.
red or black roof.
leather rear seats.
full sytem.
smooth tail gate.
side strips removed.

cant decide 2 get my gear box or 2 swop the engine for summets with abit moor go. im in no rush thow
theres a g40 for sale on club polo asking 900 quid but tbh sounds like moor trouble then what its worth as its only going to be my weekend toy =~)

just got a price for my gear box =( 429 quid then gotta get a clutch. not good. going to haft to have a long hard fink about what to do with it. mite chuck alot of cash at it and get a new engine

I wouldn't bother with a g40 in a 6N or 6N2 I'd 1.8t it, would cost about the same money too

well there seems to be alot of g40s kicking about. i want to do summets and dont see the point in putting a gear box on what are nown as a crap engine.
what would be needed for a 1.8t conversion then tom sounds alot of metal for a small bay

back on the road . wasnt the gear box after all it was the peddel box with apprently was a recall on the 6n2. also had a rear wheel bearing but you cant just buy the bearing you haft to get the hub aswell . not much has changed apart from that just gunna smooth bits as and when i can offord to

that sadly had to come off when i got pulled up today. spapped alot of clip[s trying to get it off on the side of the road aswell
