not too bad now,my front caliper was sticking so ive had to rebuild it,did both while i was at it,new rubbers etc! whats up with the mocal? gonna say if u were and ure still up for a deal on the front splitter we could sort em out then!

i cant seem to get a decent seal on the sandwich plate so dipping oil from it. if i can get it sorted then defo up for a deal.
i'll sort throgh my box of spares and see if there's anything else you need.

Well a quick update. Decided that the TD5 intercooler is too big really, I've lost too much kick from the charger.
Just been to Andy Waters and priced up for him to fit one, so hopefully be sending the car there for a couple of days soon.
Other than that just been enjoying driving her again after being away.
Slim, still need to sort out swapping splitters! Have to find a weekend when I'm not working/busy and arrange something.

no probs mate,sooner the better i reckon,mines filing its way down to a 50mm each time i drive it lol! andy knows his stuff so ure car will be in good hands!

Yer, looking round Andy's shop at the moment he seems like the kind of guy I want to work on my car.

well the rado is booked into andy waters next monday (13th) so i'll be rado-less for a couple of days
as the new intercooler is going behind the grill I'm not sure weather to keep the grill or take it off and show off the cooler

It's only placed on there at the moment, need to secure it properly. Leart my lesson on that on with the grill spoiler!
Going to get a fibreglass kit today to sort the crack out, then probebly wait til I get the car back from Andy's til I fit it properly.

cant believe the bumper has t come off just to change it,nitemare! lol @ grill spoiler,gonna get that on when its painted,then secure it so it dont move lol!

After the car spending a week at Andy Waters last week I finally picked her up yesterday.
Had all the front suspension bushes and bearings replaced, and a new intercooler
Front end feels now feels as if it is still attached to the car
Intercooler is awesome, I'd used too much silicone on the TD5 one so I lost a lot of boost that way.





Also managed to fit the splitter I got off slim

Andy also found one of my front brake pads had seperated from the backing plate, wouldnt mind but they're less than 3000 miles old! bloody EBC
