must have been nice then i might just put alot of cash into the mk3 but at some point i wouldnt mind a rocco just to have as a project

finally got my mk3 back after a good month of work and im quite happy with the work it went in for a new sill, break cylinder and gettting some bits and bobs done.it turned out he had nothing else realy on so when he was doing the sill he took all the rot out the of the arch filled it and sprayed it for no extra charge got it threw a mot and all the work for 400 quid so i dont think thats to bad. got my seats in now. gettimg the windows tinted not sure what % thow. and thats it its done just hope the enigne doesnt go BANG . then its rocko time and get the wallet out lol

new boot being sprayed soon also new blacked out lights

its gone for enougher 3 weeks all the rust taken out and sprayed boot sprayed lights sprayed the key scratch which i think was done when briggsy had it better not happen again drivers door sprayed and a new starter motor so a fair bit of work

was toying with the idea of new rims but went and got some spacers to make it abit fatter

had some work done===


boot sand blasted to take abit or rust out sprayed and trying to fit a kit to open it.


sprayed some light vessels red so dont look to bad pickys will be up tomorrow.

how come you cant fit the boot popper? If you've got a solenoid kit from ebay you might struggle to get the solenoid to fit!
I have a slim line solenoid in the shed i think. all you need is a switch and some wire. I can do the whole thing for £25 if you like, including the solenoid, switch and wiring?

But you can have the solenoid, bracket and rod for a fiver?

i had anougher bash at it tonight i got it mounted got a earth and got a live so its popping now i just need to get the cabel at the right tenshion so it closes and opends. here are thpiccys of the boot and lights sorry about the tacky pickys

took my grill of today to find that the sprayer who sprayed my lights has snaped my grill and not the clips he has actualy snaped the top bar off

yer was thinking of going back and asking for some money and get him to spray it just to be a pain in the arse lol won my court case today for my bike crash so im thinking of makeing it realy smooth and doing the bumpers now
